Near the end of my car wash,I heard a loud pop.After finishing the wash,I pulled over to the vacuums and got out to inspect my vehicle.Somehow the rear bumper had been pulled loose on the side.I guess when on the track,the vehicle was somehow too far to one side.I was able to partially able to pop it back in place,but not completely.A screw had been pulled loose.I'll have to spend some time with some hand tools and try to fix it.Because there was some kind of scuff down lower on the part,the manager tried to claim it was pre... read more
Rude very rude woman on site didn’t catch her name but I’ll never use this car wash again!!! Wife was having trouble getting through the payment process and took forever to get an attendance out there and then when she came out, she was completely rude. I give zero stars.
Stay a way from this car wash company they are scam first they going tell you will save money with family plan however after two months later they will charge you the extra amount of money!! BIG SCAM !!!
I have been a member for a while now two separate occasions. The first time I used the car wash my driver side mirror was shattered. I thought maybe because it was old. No big deal I replaced it. Went through last week and again shattered drivers side mirror. I filed a claim with the employee and was told I would get a call back from the manager.
