All was good until today when the customer service is recieved was well below par. Unacceptable to feel the way I feel after an incident occurred at their location. They were so fast to let me know how its my fault and zero compassion for what happened. Didn't offer to assit, help or even offer a bottle of water. Wife took the car through and shattered her windshield. There's my wife with glass all over her and her face, becasue it shattered, and all the attendant could do is tell her it was her fault. Nobody bothered to help her out of the car, clean the glass off her. Nothing. Except "ma'am, this was your fault". Where is the human element here guys?
