Easy in,good bays for wiping down and vacuuming the car.
All of the employees here are awesome, but Jason really takes the cake. I usually bring my own towels but I have noticed that there is never an empty towel bin. When they run low, they are filled. Jason walks around to each car at the vacuum stations (when he isn't busy washing cars) and greets people as he checks to make sure all the amenities are working properly. As someone who has been in customer service for years, Jason checks every box that he can. Great job Jason!

Having a measure problem of bugs still on windshield and grill. We have 3 passes, one for each of our 3 vehicles. They used to scrub the windshield, grill, and I think tires but now they tell me the spray they use takes care of the bugs, but it doesn't. Trying to decide if we even want to keep the service. Definitely need to cancel the two we rarely use and would really like the windshield and grill to look nice after the wash. Very disappointed since they stopped scrubbing windshield and grill.
