The last time, the wash didn't clean off the road film from the back of our Yukon. Also, asked the young man who did the pre-spray if he could hit our wheels with his sprayer because the car wash does not get our wheels clean. But said that wasn't possible, because now, they only have 1 person rather than 2 doing the pre-spraying. They still need 1 person on each side spraying. May have to start going elsewhere. For the money, these things should have been taken care of. Sorry.
I have been Auto billed for months after calling to cancel, I am still charged monthly. These people are crooks, avoid at all costs.
I’ve been using the Chickasha location since it opened. I’m not at all happy with the car wash. My pickup up still has bugs on it and they only spray pre wash on the drivers side. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and I’m not getting my moneys worth.
