Went through the wash, my back windshield wiper came off. Attendant found it completely broken. He took photos and so did I and made a damage claim. Here we are almost 4 weeks later and nothing. UPDATE: Zach at this location was very attentive and I appreciated his response after hearing my concern. Although I’m still out, (since my car was too old for their damage claim), I did appreciate his professionalism and giving me at least the wash back.
