Horrible car wash. And cant cancel membership. I have been on hold for 2 hours waiting
BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH PURCHASING A PLAN WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!! I purchased memberships for 2 of my vehicles. Never had an issue using the wash. My problem presented when I personally spoke to an attendant and requested my plans be cancelled. He stated that he had successfully cancelled both plans. The very next week they charged my bank account for the plan on one car and then another charge for the other. And week after that the charged again for the first car.
