I had to go through the wash twice because it wasn’t shining my tires. Usually my tires look glossy afterwards. The nice employees were kind enough to do it by hand for me(why I gave 4 stars instead of 3). I was hoping someone could send maintenance and get this fixed. This is my preferred location and would hate to have to go somewhere else.
I got and paid for a single wash 4 months ago. I specifically declined a monthly subscription from the attendant. I have now been charged 3 times for a monthly subscription. I have called repeatedly, but there is no answer. Bad service on the front end and zero service on the back end.
