I got and paid for a single wash 4 months ago. I specifically declined a monthly subscription from the attendant. I have now been charged 3 times for a monthly subscription. I have called repeatedly, but there is no answer. Bad service on the front end and zero service on the back end.
What happened to the extra effort?? I remember when okie express first opened, I was stoked. I used to always go to the one on hwy 152, but it was always out of the way. So when this one opened, I was pretty excited. Every time I went during slower times (and there were no cars in line behind me) they always had me stop before getting on the track and give the entire front bumper, headlights, hood, and windshield a really good soaking and power wash before I went through the wash.
