Oki Data has to have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I was supposed to receive a package today for my companies printer and they decide to call me the day I am supposed to receive my shipment to say there was a problem with my payment. The lady Nancy that works at the Mount Laurel, NJ locations tells me she was sick and that's the reason she's calling me today instead of the 19th when I originally placed me order.
