We called about possibly replacing our gas logs, Robin was so knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up not even needing to purchase anything, but she sent us the diagram how to place our current logs correctly! So helpful and saved us money!! Will definitely be a future customer!
Great fireplace store. They also have BBQs. They have a parking lot in the back. They have everything for gas and electric fireplaces. There are displays of different stones around the units. Great place to get ideas
OKell’s customer designed a new fireplace screen door based on a picture I had seen on the internet. We requested a special antique copper finish that they matched perfectly to a sample finish we had provided. Tino not only was meticulous in the design and painted finish of the doors but was highly professional during his removal of our old screen and installation of our new doors.
