I called to receive an update and the receptionist was very rude and dismissive. I was polite and even asked how she was doing, but she rushed me off the phone and did not seem willing to help. This was very unprofessional and not what I expect when calling a law firm for assistance.
Unfortunately, my experience was negative due to the front desk receptionist being dismissive and having an unprofessional attitude. It made it difficult to feel comfortable or welcomed as a client.
Carlton at O’Kelley & Sorohan in Tucker is fantastic! He always goes above and beyond to make sure our closings go smoothly. He’s professional, detail-oriented, and never hesitates to stay late to ensure everything is handled perfectly. My team and I truly appreciate Carlton and the entire OKS team for their dedication and excellent service. Highly recommend!
The worst closing attorneys. Do not use. I told them up front that it was a subject to transaction. Carlton took 20 days to tell me they could not do it, the day before close of escrow! He also never took EMD from the buyer, so now my seller is without EMD money, and we're on to look for another buyer. Very unprofessional. Never updated me, rarely responded to my emails. Go with another closing attorney. You've been warned.
