He’s professional, detail-oriented, and never hesitates to stay late to ensure everything is handled perfectly. The worst closing attorneys. Do not use. I told them up front that it was a subject to transaction. Carlton took 20 days to tell me they could not do it, the day before close of escrow! He also never took EMD from the buyer, so now my seller is without EMD money, and we're on to look for another buyer. Very unprofessional. Never updated me, rarely responded to my emails. Go with another closing attorney. You've been warned.
