A buyer pulled out of a deal and I've been waiting on the earnest to be returned. It's crazy that 20 days after the termination took place, my agent and I received the 10 day letter. We've been trying to understand why this is being held up and have yet to receive a response. It's been over a week now. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend them or choose to use them in any future opportunities.
