They shorted funding our account by $772 according to the signed HUD statement. I understand mistakes happen, but we have asked for an explanation as to why the deposit did not match the HUD on several occasions without any response back. We worked with Sara Sirois at O'Kelley & Sorohan. We are at a loss because they won't even give an explanation. Doesn't seem legal to me.

As a Realtor I have closed with many different closing attorney offices. But never had a closing with so many mistakes on the closing docs. My broker s info was completely wrong, buyers info as well. almost like they didnt update the info on the doc from previous closing. At the closing I have mentioned all the mistakes to the Att. all supposed to be corrected, the closing docs and checks supposed to be overnight to us within 24hrs. its been over a week and I still dont have docs. I just called them and they said they mailed... read more

Beware!! Personal info including SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER EXPOSED - sent via unsecured email. Owner did not acknowledge and take responsibility. He stated sometimes they send it secure and sometime they don't. So this company does not have a process in place to send your closing documents and personal information securely every time.
