I had an appalling experience with Okeefe-Wade Funeral Home. The funeral director, Kevin Wade, not only mishandled the cremains of my daughter, Chelsea Lynn Carvalho, but also blatantly violated our agreement. Despite my explicit instructions and agreement to receive half of my daughter's cremains, Kevin Wade deceitfully gave both urns to my ex-husband, David Carvalho, without my consent.
