Peter is awesome. As someone who sold FSBO, there are a lot of things I didn’t know about, even doing a lot of research on the subject. Peter was great, explained to me step by step what was required and clarified any questions I had. My closing had a lot of issues (buyer was ill advised by his mortgage company) but Peter worked with them to assure a professional and timely closing.
