My AC fan would not start so I called Dennis and he scheduled an appointment. Dennis and his technician showed up promptly and reviewed the situation on the roof and ordered a new fan motor and capacitor plus a grill for the return air. The unit came on and cooled perfectly. However, there was a wiring problem because on one of the capacitors that had blown you couldn't read how the terminals were labeled. They were somewhat helpful but did not have the parts we needed for our rv.
I have no ac and it's 93 degrees outside. Explained I have a child and live in a RV. Literally told me he couldn't do anything, because he's sitting in a restaurant with his family. Won't even come look at it. Said to try him next week, he's booked up.
