I called the parts department and explained what i needed help with. I was instructed to do so by chrysler. I was attempting to switch a radio in a chrysler 200 and needed a unlock code. The parts manager rudely said its not going to work doing the switch but that i could bring it in and pay$155.00 for them to give me a code. So i said i will call another dealer and hung up. My cluster went out on my 2020 jeep with 1400 miles on it it took a month to get the part in to the shop to fix it but as far as we know is fixed now thank you
