It is not an easy job to find a balancing point between the savoryness and adequate saltiness. It's even harder if ingredients are limited. I believe that's why table salt is usually provided in most other Korean pork gukbab restaurants (Typical Korean restaurants don't provide table salt.). But it is not provided here at the Okdongsik. I appreciate and respect their confidence in their taste and simicity.
Great and quick. Consistent with original location.
When pork meat is cooked but kept in fridge often create meaty odor and the meat in my soup had that strong meaty ordor.
