I spoke over the phone with someone and I was told "stop by and let's see what we can do". This means they CAN'T help me. I'm a hardworking person, both me and my wife. We walk there since it is pretty close to where we live. When we get there we are told basically there is nothing they can do to help. They didn't even sit down and talk to us and look at our bank statements or pay stubs from my wife. Nothing.
