Unprofessional , made a appointment at 9 , 30 -40 mins late I left , they called me asking where I went , what was the point of making a appointment if they weren’t going to see me, they should’ve said come in at 10 am bed not 9!

I went in around march and after my visit with the west clinic I can definately say the nurse I had needs to be fired or at least have her license taken away and go redo the classes. I have a VERY good vein in my left arm that has always been really easy to get when getting blood drawn. This lady had to pull the needle out at least 7 times to not even get the vein and I’m pretty sure she ruptured it as it bruised up pretty bad afterward.
