We were told this facility was gated 24 hours a day. We have been by twice and the gate has been wide open both times in a two day span. We called the first day and asked for a call back. We called again on the second day and there has not been any resolution. We specifically rented here because it was a gated and locked facility.
My camper was stolen from this place and the owner never emailed any customers stating there was a break in. The only reason we realized the camper was stolen is because we happened to drive by and notice it was missing. Tried to contact the owner to get info about the break in so I could make a police report, I was told I couldn’t have that info. The place has surveillance cameras, but I have no idea if they work!
