The is a fantastic place! Jeff is so great. I hadn’t been in for orthotics for over 6 years, and Jeff remembered everything about me…unheard of these days. The orthotics are life-changing…no more foot pain! I highly recommend OKAPED to anyone needing this type of service.
I highly recommend OKAPED Vernon to anybody who is having feet, knee, hip or back pain! The Pedorthists are very thorough in their examination, their knowledge is amazing and the care they take in explaining what they see is very appreciated (especially when talking to my kids). I was very disgusted with the lack of knowledge . DHe didn't seem to understand fibgromyalgia, neuropathy or arthritis limitations. Seemed to show ageism attitude and disgusted with an elderly disabled persons inability to exercise to ' get the heart rate up' . His recommendations made no sense for me. It was a waste of time and $100!! Also was very upsetting.
