I went to Okaped on Ambrosi after breaking a bone in my foot and needing an aircast, and that’s where I met Josee, a recent addition to their team. She was terrific—knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and full of great advice—so a few weeks later I went back to see her for orthotics. I struggled with knee issues my whole life and was referred to here to get knee braces. Within an appointment, they were able to identify another solution, insoles to help take some pressure off my knees. I use them everyday both in and outside the house, as well for skiing and it's been an absolute life changer. These people are amazing at what they do, highly recommend!
Josée is an excellent pedorthist. Highly skilled. Very thorough. Orthotics fit well. Offers exercises that will strengthen necessary muscles and stretches that significantly reduced my lower back pain. Highly recommend Josée.
