All the staff are amazing at Okaped, From the moment you walk in Kirsten R. Receives you with a friendly, charming, caring, and supportive demeanour. Sam B Was knowledgable and efficient at helping me with my ankle issues. Ever since I broke my ankle four years ago, my stance has not been the same, and I just found out why! I’m so glad I advocated for myself and came here and got some answers and Proper and insoles that are catered to my feet, a game changer for me!
I had a really great experience at Okaped with Sam. I’ve got a knee injury and was seen by Sam very quickly. He’s very knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. Had me fitted into a brace specific to my injury. Took the time to ensure it was comfortable and that I knew how to operate it correctly. The gal at the front was also very kind. Highly recommend them for proper braces etc to get you mobile again.
The specialist I saw was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They did an great job explaining what was going on, what they were asssessing, and how my feet and legs worked (I could practically be a Podiatrist now).
Dealt with Sam Biggs and after seeing so many specialists the orthotics have been the only thing that has preserved my ability to stay active!!
