Really sketchy motel. I stayed there years ago and it was a decent place for the price but wow….it has gone downhill! Holes in the wall. All appliances were unplugged and we figured out that none of the outlets worked except for one for the tv. Bed had wrappers and garbage under it. Had a shower and the drain backed up so I was standing in brown water. Lamps had wires hanging out. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. All night long sketchy people were going in and out of a travel trailer parked in the lot walking to ... read more

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in ever! There is no outdoor pool like in the advertisement as it's been filled in. It is so run down i can't believe there even open to the public! My room had floor boards that were so buckled I was worried my feet would be cut by them. Told the front desk about it and said they would have someone out to look at it but never did. I was supposed to be there for 10 days but left after 2.

Place is a dump. Everything is broken and filthy. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’d rather sleep in my car. Room didn’t even have a smoke detector. No idea how it hasn’t been condemned. There was a spider in the bathtub that greeted me in the morning so that was at least nice.

Very disappointing experience at Okanagan Seasons Resort. Check-in was slow, with about a couple-minute wait. The staff also didn’t seem very welcoming or approachable. The room was quite old and had several things that were broken or needed repair. The towels were also not clean and had visible stains. Overall, the service, room condition, and cleanliness were below my expectations. Hopefully, management can improve these areas.

Left after 1 night. Wanted to put the blame on booking.com for outdated photos and closed amenities.
