I noticed a lot of one star reviews here yesterday and wanted to address some of the comments. I have lived here over a month now. Yes, in off seasons the motel opens their doors to help house those who are unhoused. However it’s people from shelters, and people like myself who have come across rough times over cold weather and have done what they can to get access to affordable housing and are now in the “sit and wait” period of the “game”. Outdated rooms with irritable staff
I had the worst experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the furniture was old, and nothing looked like the photos. The staff were unfriendly and completely unhelpful. The most disturbing part was that some of my personal belongings went missing during my stay, and when I reported it, the staff acted like it wasn’t their problem. I never felt safe or respected. The noise level was horrible, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the entire place smelled unpleasant. For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. I highl... read more
It sucks that they ask you for a credit card. But the good thing is they accept cash! However the rooms are Really pricey to me.
Ap was great to help and brought us extra towels right on time
