Im giving this place a 2 star, aOnly, because the staff were exceptional. Anything we asked for or needed they got it right away. They even let us check in early! Now, the room...... We stayed in a kitchen suite, which was more money and we expected that. What we didn't expect was the state of our room. EVERYTHING is seriously out dated. The mattress had springs, yes plural, sticking out and poking us in the back, we turned the mattress so at least the spring wasn't jammed in our back anymore, just pur legs. ⭐ 1 Star – And that’s being generous ⭐ I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, because apparently I enjoy things like sleep and comfort. But when I arrived, the front desk informed me—very confidently, I might add—that I had only booked a room with one queen bed. Good thing I brought my email confirmation, right? Wrong.
