Cannot get ahold of them for the life of me. No email address available or website, I’ve called multiple times a day, for four days to try and confirm an appointment (which they have cancelled twice with less than 24 hours notice), and continue to get an automated voice telling me they are unavailable and I cannot leave a message. They also have provided me zero information about the appointment and whether or not I would need to arrange transportation. Pretty unreliable way to run communication with clients.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoonjan and Kathleen at Okanagan Retina for the past eight years, and they have been amazing every step of the way. They’re professional, patient, and always take the time to explain what’s going on with my eyes. The care they provide has truly made a difference for me. I’m very grateful for everything they’ve done.
The doctors and staff are very professional. I have dry MD which is irreversible but Dr. D monitors it closely. Dr. Hoonjan lazer repaired a torn retina which healed nicely. UPDATE. I recently aquired a partially detached retina. The team fit me in to a crowded schedule. Dr. Hoonjan also fit me in to a crowded schedule and perservered in a non routine surgery to save my eye. I'm grateful to say the least.
