Unfortunately this was a terrible experience right from the get go. When booking the appointment I was told that I would be paying for new xrays. I just had xrays! They said that they received 2 from my dentist. My dentist confirmed that they sent 4 (I called and asked). When asked at my appointment today, Dr. Faigan's receptionist confirmed 4 when confronted. No front staff when I arrived, couldn't access a bathroom and wasn't told that the appointment time given wasn't the actual time. I arrived 15 minutes early at 1:30 pm... read more
