Dr. Faigen and his team were incredible. Him and his team have incredible bedside manner and as an anxious person I felt completely comfortable the entire procedure. I got a gum graft and even after only 2 weeks my gums are healing great and look great too. Dr. Faigen and his assistant did an amazing job and everyone in the office is very kind and happy. Awful experience at this practice. My personal experience is that I found him (the dentist) to be egotistical, sexist and racist. The examination was rough and the discussion was full of platitudes and low on the latest evidence based options.
I had my gum graft here after holding off for years. I’m sitting here the morning after (pain free) with just some discomfort. I had my myself worked up for weeks leading up to the appointment, and everyone from the reception to the Dr was AMAZING. They handle you with such care and respect the entire process. I’m so happy I got this done with them. Here’s to healing!
It was ok with me for few years of hygiene service few times a year. However, I stopped to visit this dental office right after my husband had received World Poorest Service! from the doctor. Dr. diagnosed a molder has to extract to save the implant. But the result is my husband lost his implant few month later! TOTALLY WRONG DIAGNOSIS!!! By that time of healthy molder extracted, my hubby visit the office week after for the checkup, arrived 5 min. before 10am and waiting 50min, Dr. comment 15 min behind- this is FULL Of LYIN... read more
