I’m very disappointed with our recent experience at Okanagan Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery . My son had his wisdom teeth removed, and I had specifically requested pre-approval for the procedure. Unfortunately, I never received confirmation, and we were unexpectedly billed a specialist fee that left us $750 out of pocket—an amount our benefits would not cover. Dr. Kierce and all of the staff at the Vernon location were great when I had to come in this week for a biopsy. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. When I had to sit after the procedure for a bit as, I wasn’t feeling very well, they were so caring and reassuring. Even Dr. Kierce waited with me for a bit. Thank you.

I just want to thank Dr.Kierce and staff for making my wisdom teeth removal process so comfortable and easy. This place will charge you thousands of dollars for minimal work. They should be ashamed of what they charge. Just part of the dental monopoly. Nothing but GREED!
