Very unpleased with how the receptionist treated my Girlfriend and I when we went to our appointments. She charged double to what she quoted us on the phone and when we tried to talked to her about it she rolled her eyes and treated us like garbage. Very unprofessional setting was over 30 mins late and appt lasted under 20mins, not at all to the standards of other places I’ve gone.
Dr. Brett is not only one of the friendliest and kindest persons you will ever meet but his approach to medicine is almost perfect. He will take the time to make sure you are receiving the proper treatment for you and is great at understanding the need for a balanced approach with Western medicine, Naturopathic, diet and exercise. I highly recommend him and his team!
Dr Phillips has great advice! He took the time to listen to our concerns, spent time educationing us & is very thorough in his following up. Great sense of humor too, we always leave happier then when we went in!
