Clean spacious Deluxe Queen with kitchenette. Very tiny counter space to prepare food. Sofa bed looked very new. No long mirror. Only round mirror above bathroom sink. Water drainage okay, but not great. One broken handle on freezer part of fridge. Hand lotion bottle missing long part of pump, so had to take bottle out of holder and shake lotion out. We got very lucky during our evacuation from the Summerland fire. We stayed at Okanagan Lakefront Resort and we could not have been happier. The management and staff were incredible in our time of need. They gave us an exceptional room rate during our evacuation stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They truly cared about us and what we were going through during that time. Thanks again. You're the best of the best. Remy and Holly.

We had such a great stay at Okanagan Lakefront Resort! The staff and both managers were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was super clean, and the service we received was honestly above and beyond. We’ve stayed at quite a few motels in Penticton, and this one is by far the best. You can really tell they care about their guests. We’ll definitely remember this place and will be coming back. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay so nice! ❤️
