We had a lengthy instalment of a duel heating system. The service we received was exceptional , with several people involved over a week of work. We were kept informed of what was happening and the times of arrival and departure. The employees we saw were polite and seemed to be genuinely interested in doing a good job. We would definitely request them for any further work.
Okanagan Heating and Air Conditioning is such a great company. I’ve had my gas fire place maintained and had a heat pump system installed. Justin and his crew were respectful to me and of my home. When the inspector came, he said they did a fantastic job. I can’t be more happy with them. I have my annual maintenance booked with them as well. I also had my ducts cleaned with them. This company hands down is the best we’ve used. Justin came to our place on two occasions to determine we had a substantial dryer clog in our venting. He worked extremely hard on fixing right away for us and we never felt he was trying to upsell us. He genuinely cared about fire safety, explaining the problem and issues to us. He even gave both our pups some much needed attention. We will be using him and this company for all service calls and vent cleaning moving forward. 10/10 in our eyes! 🔥
Once again, Okanagan Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing came to my rescue. I had strange noises coming from either my hot water tank or furnace and OK H AC & P responded immediately.
