He’s been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful—answering my questions about how to use the fireplace efficiently and why regular maintenance is so important. Outstanding service—thank you!"
We are delighted with the amazing service and quick response we got from Okanagan Heating and AC. We called about our gas fireplace that wouldnt light and they came out the next day to service it and it is working beautifully and looks better than ever. They gave us so much helpful advice on a fireplace we inherited with the house. We strongly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
Needed some help with a (self-inflicted) furnace problem and Nick came out same day and had the problem fixed lightning quick. Took some time to explain some options that I had to replace aging equipment, but still pointed out some things that I didn't need to spend money on. Fantastic service and look forward to using them again (hopefully not in an urgent situation next time)
