I would like to express my pleasure in dealing with Okanagan Geothermal over the course of several years... I feel very well taken care of. Our family has trusted Okanagan Geothermal Ltd. / OGL Mechanical for over fifteen years now. Without exception, Nick and his team always go above and beyond with their service and support. They are always extremely helpful, and have never let us down when we needed them. We have used their services for new HVAC system installations, plumbing, and repairs. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them for any commercial or residential mechanical needs.
From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Okanagan Geothermal. As a participant in HomeZero's Pilot Project, I now have a ground-sourced heat pump that provides cooling during the summer and will heat the home in the winter, as well as an electric hot water tank and electric car charging unit. My home is now completely free of fossil fuels. I cannot recommend Okanagan Geothermal enough!!
This company knows their stuff. We have called other companies who said they know geothermal and have no idea on what they are doing. The knowledge and experience showed right away. Water to water furnace quickly fixed and great advice on servicing. They are the only geothermal company we will ever use
