I am very impressed with the expertise, professionalism and kindness that was shown to me when I saw Dr. Nio last week. My dentist had referred me to her to get a second opinion about whether the tooth I had an infection in could have a root canal done without surgery. My daughter has been here in the past. This is a redo of my initial review from the spring time. Things have changed in a positive manner and it appears that Okanagan Edodontics have made some great changes. They have an upscale office rivaling any top notch dental office. The front office staff member was great. A marked difference from my past perceived experience. It wasn't fair to them, my previous review, to take my negative experiences from past dentists. It's wonderful when we get to experience true professionals. My regular dentist Dr Ashley found an infection deep within the root of one of my new front crowns and quickly recognized that an Endodontic Specialist was required, in comes Dr. Nio. After a consultation with Dr Nio it was decided that dental surgery was certainly required.
