Kept arguing, interrupting/talking over me and avoiding answering questions, even hypothetical ones. I ended up hanging up because I felt disrespected. Please don’t cold call me if you aren’t going to listen to me or actually help in anyway. It would also be smarter to have my file in front of you before calling me. It doesn’t even end there… I’m not even sure who I was speaking to!!
My file was handled by Kat and Nathen around Feb'2023. It's been a year now and I am yet to receive the second key of my car and certain document's scanned copy, as confirmed by Kat during purchase. As of now their is no response from Kat, who was the primary point of contact. Overall disappointing service and not so transparent service from the folks. Caution to others, get your documents and necessary accessories before taking delivery of the car, or you will find no response.
Scammers that spend more effort on advertising to you on Youtube than they do running an ethical business.
