The staff are great. The wait can be very, very long
Staff is super nice. Even though there’s obvious staff shortages at times, they keep smiling and keep serving their clients. Good job.
Great experience at this lab today. Reception was friendly and welcoming. Wait was about half an hour (they are busy - expect to wait - if you don’t want to wait book an appointment at the lab on Ellis). April was kind and very good. I have difficult veins and she hit it the first time. Thank you for providing this drop in service and having skilled staff!
I was assaulted today by one of their patients and then brushed off by the clinic. I was taking my grandma in for bloodwork and as I was parking, I saw that there was an argument happening in the parking lot over a parking spot. I guess the man mistook me for the person that took his spot.. He ran up behind me into the clinic and proceeded to use his body to push me through the door. Wow, what happened to this place. Staff super stressed and understaffed. Standing room only and it doesn't seem to matter what time i come. I asked how long wait was ( just because Im also on break but need some blood work done too) I was answered "we have to take lunch? With a big sigh and then started talking to staff beside her, essentially ignoring me. I gave her my info and got in line with about 30 people. (Sad state this lab is in.)
