I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. I was days away from having to put down my senior dog due to an eye issue where surgery didnt seem like a realistic option. They gave me a lot of great information without pushing any decision on me. I went ahead with the surgery and my old girl is doing great. Recovered quickly and still going well six months later. Dr. Bauer and her team were fantastic when dealing with my golden retriever. They were all extremely knowledgeable and were very thorough during our appointment. I find that vet appointments can be very overwhelming especially when getting a lot of new information, but I felt that she and her tech explained things really well and answered my questions with great explanation!
Excellent clinic with genuinely attentive and caring staff. Scheduling was very accommodating, which makes a stressful situation with a pet much easier, and the pricing felt reasonable and transparent. You really get the sense that they care about both the animals and their owners. I would absolutely recommend Okanagan Animal Eye Care.
Nothing but professional. Don't bring your dog anywhere for eye problems but here.
The staff were great, the doctor was very knowledgeable and kept us well informed.
