We hauled a load from this facility to Laredo, TX through MHF Services LLC. Despite numerous attempts to contact them by both email and phone regarding our outstanding payment, they have not responded and are refusing to pay us. obtain the payment that is rightfully owed for the completed load. Thank you for your time and support. We have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly, but they have been unresponsive. When I arrived here I did not meet anyone who could help me unload. There was no one in the security booth at the entrance to the territory, and the registration door was closed and the bell did not work. I knocked for 30 minutes until a disgruntled employee opened the damn door for me. The employee was very unhappy that I was knocking on the door and constantly discriminated against me as a driver!
