We have been with Okaloosa-Walton Security & Surveillance for our home and company needs for a number of years now. The installation process was completed in a timely manner with a team of professionals as well as excellent equipment. I have worked with many companies over the years and have found that the monitoring and response time is absolutely the best! We feel secure that should an incident occur we have covered all basis. Buyer beware He sold me stuff I don't need .charged me 175 for a pet alley when all he did was mount a regular motion dector upside when there is no charge for hanging a motion sensor .after a few false alarms he tried to charge me for it i contacted the cental sation company they said there was no fee but he tacked it on then I said I not paying him he for this he cancelled my service refused certified letter asking for a refund since he cancelled my service he refused 2 verified letters from me
Had a camera replaced, was charged about 400% what the camera costs online. Then I took the camera to a friends house to test it because I was sure it was not bad. Sure enough the camera was fine, was a simple issue with a wire connection at the camera. They didn't even bother to just fix the issue, just sold me something I didn't need - and fixed the issue when putting up the new camera. Not good business practices.
