I saw my Cardiologist, Dr. George Youseff , in the Crestview, FL office.and I would rate him with six stars if it were possible. However, his staff (those in the rearI examination area) I am definitely not impressed with in the performance of their duties. If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is horrible and I do not recommend ANY patient to be seen here. I have worked in the medical field for over 12 years and have never been treated as poorly as I was here.i was seeing Dr. Dudley and he was great and now is no longer there. But now I can see why he left with this incompetent office. They refused to fax my test order because he is no longer there. If that was the case I should have been informed of this at my appointment since it was known he was leaving.
Honestly I know sometimes there is a long wait but unlike everyone else I understand things happen appointments can run long or emergencies can happen. Most of my appointments im brought back pretty quickly and the staff have always been great and nice with me and took care of me very well especially with my never ending questions that I know can be very annoying but they answer all of them every time without getting annoyed with me and I very much appreciate that.
Been Sitting here for over an hour now with everyone complaining how long the wait is. It is like this every time I come here. 30 minutes past your time you get called back to take vitals, then they send you back to waiting room. Here you will wait another hour or more and then get put in a room for doc. You will wait another 30 minutes minimum to be seen. So your 1pm appointment will be done by 3pm, if you are lucky.
