Due to the extremely poor responses to me by the head nurse and the receptionist at the office of Dr. Youssef, I have had to make the personal decision to seek an alternative Cardiologist for my health needs. I saw my Cardiologist, Dr. George Youseff , in the Crestview, FL office.and I would rate him with six stars if it were possible. However, his staff (those in the rearI examination area) I am definitely not impressed with in the performance of their duties. I saw the doctor on a Monday, he prescribed new meds on the same Monday, but the personnel responsible to send the prescriptions to the pharmacy didn't send it until the following Friday even after me calling twice during the week to inquire about the prescriptions and bei... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is horrible and I do not recommend ANY patient to be seen here. I have worked in the medical field for over 12 years and have never been treated as poorly as I was here.i was seeing Dr. Dudley and he was great and now is no longer there. But now I can see why he left with this incompetent office. They refused to fax my test order because he is no longer there. If that was the case I should have been informed of this at my appointment since it was known he was leaving.
