The ladies in the front office of the WIC department are short and rude. They just sound super sarcastic and bothered to help you. The nutritionists in the back have always been super nice and sweet even when they are super busy. A little bit of kindness in customer service goes a long. I know they deal with rude people some days if not every day but that's the business and I personally have never ever been that way.
