Reached out to these folks about a cooler not readily available. The young lady on the phone could not have been more helpful. Left me on hold to check on what they had in stock and went out her way to accommodate me. I called the following day as i was going to take a ride. A different young lady who proceeded to tell me they had a demo unit in stock that was exactly what i was looking for. I drove there and two folks helped. Put the cooler in my RV. I was a little nervous about ordering and getting support from a company all the way across the country, but it turns out I had no reason to worry. The team at OK4WD has been so helpful and friendly during the entire ordering and shipping process. There was a small issue with my order, but Desiree sorted it out quickly and made everything right! I'll be back to order more (as soon as my bank account recovers from my last spending spree )!
