I was I need of a module to be reprogrammed, dealership wanted 300plus I reached out to Omar, he sent someone to my house free of charge and told me I needed the other module to complete the programming. Omar went above and beyond, it’s hard to find owners that are willing to help people without charging a lot. Thank you! That’s what separates business from small company owners.
This mobile service provided great value for the service provided. I had a problem with the Collision Avoidance System on my 2019 Kia Sorento for which the dealer diagnosed and recommended 2 repairs, totaling $6000. OK1 technician Robert came to my house and did a thorough inspection and electronic scan, which showed that one of the repairs (a $4000 one ) recommended by the dealer was not necessary and helped me narrow down the problem area to one that I could possibly fix myself or at least get done a a reasonable price. 5 stars is not enough, the dealership wanted to rip me off and these guys had my AC/heater working in 10 minutes. Any more electrical problems, i know who I'm calling. Thanks guys.
My husband and I are on leave from the Air Force and came to Illinois to visit family when our car suddenly stopped working! We called around and found that most everyone recommended OK1, we called and they came and fixed our car in our driveway the very next morning! So thankful to have found such nice professional technicians to help get us back on the road in such a timely manner!
