Hotel is very nice, clean, quiet, rooms are well equipped, staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. If I'm ever in this area again, this is where I'll stay.

At first we were pretty pleased. The rooms weren’t great but they weren’t the worst. The pool was great. We took our kids to the Salt Plains and to enjoy the 4th of July with our whole family. We booked 4 rooms. The kids were doing sparklers and some small fountains away from the hotel. The person at the front desk came out screaming at our kids that they were calling the cops. ☆☆☆☆ Worst hotel experience of my life. My family rented four rooms at this hotel after driving four hours to spend the Fourth of July weekend in Alva. We expected a relaxing family trip. Instead, it ended with police escorting our entire family out of the hotel in the middle of the night over a request for clean bedding.
