Hours of opening advertised as open until 5 pm on Friday. Arrived at 4.25 to be informed that staff had been sent home because it’s Friday and it is 4.30 on “my clock” Had a puncture with screw in tire and told “no- can’t help” Asked for other locations in town and told there are “garages in town” Politely asked where they are located was told “in town” Rude and unhelpful. Go elsewhere if you are in the need of help
I was very disappointed with the pricing at this location. I brought in my Toyato small car with a punctured tire and was quoted approximately CAD $ 300 for a single Uniroyal Tiger Paw tire, including installation. For an economy car and a budget-tier tire, this price seemed excessively high compared to other tire shops in the Vancouver area. Sold me very poor quality tires that didn’t last 6 months with local driving only. When I took my car into to my shop to be serviced they wouldn’t let me leave with the tires as one was almost glad and another split. I took the tires into the store and made a complaint. Never heard back from anyone.
Wonderful and friendly customer service...knowlegable staff , will and do recomend them to friends and family...

My car wouldn't start early morning. Once boosted, I drove to OK Tire in Steinbach to have it looked at (my 2nd time there for repairs). Despite the shop being extremely busy and with no appointment, Orlando and Trevor went above and beyond to help - they managed to squeeze me in and within the hour, diagnostics and repairs were completed successfully. Fantastic tire shop. Very friendly, actually honest, work was top notch quality, done in short amount of time. Can't say enough good things about this tire store.
So many fake reviews on here. You cant trust any of it
Worst tire store ever! Because they know nothing about tires. Got new tires which wandered, order new ones again, they were wrong ply, ordered again and too aggressive. This took 2 weeks and us driving 140 km 4 times. We can’t wait any longer, we have business to attend to. So we have to drive on the weird wandering tires, which they changed front to back and more pressure in the front ones. This will have to be dealt with later.
