My 2004 Chevy 2500HD needed new tires, shocks and a complete rebuild of the front end hardware. Nathan's knowledge was amazing. My truck has a lift kit from 2004 from a company that no longer exist but he was able to source all the necessary bushings to overhaul that too and save me money instead of having to replace with a new lift kit. You need to educate yourself on engine sizes and be able to give sold quotes! 7.3 would be nothing but a diesel 300 dollars for oil change. Don’t know what planet your on but that’s a little to much. I would never do business here with someone that has zero knowledge. Plus your girl answering phone was straight up smart ass. Way to go to a create good relationship with a customer that would given you a lot business

Ok tire installed new tires and logic air bags on my f350 dually. I was unsure what tires and air bags to put on. I talked to Nate and he knew right away without hesitation what’s tires and bags would work with my truck and my towing needs. The next week Ok tire installed bit the air bags and tires. Ok tire went above and beyond what they were suppose to do. They found that I had loose bolts on my hitch.
