OKTire went above and beyond after I had a mechanical failure on some parts they worked on. Not only did they stand behind their work, but made sure I was taken care of resolving the issue and moving forward to make sure I was all set. Mike/Jess are always super friendly and willing to talk about service needed. Would recommend them again.
I am from out of town and was getting a flat tire (ran over a metal object). They were fast and professional. They truly saved me from having to spend another night away from home.
The employees at OK! Tire are always so accommodating.. If I need to change my appointment, they usually have something open. Everyone here is nice. I'm always greeted with a smile. I honestly know that these guys care. When I'm in need, OK! Tire is here to the rescue with my vehicle needs. The mechanic that completed my oil change was so fast. Thought he was Speedy Gonzalez. This is my normal go to for repairs. My only go to for tires. Highly recommend them.
