What a joke! Not OK! That’s for sure. Insulting to say the least. Made appointment for 1pm for wheel alignment and tire rotation. Was informed it would be 2 (two) hours to complete. Came back at 4pm to pick up vehicle and the counter person told me I was early and my appointment wasn’t until 4:30 or 5pm. The shop closes at 5pm. There’s 3 hours of my life wasted on BS service. Don’t waste your time. There’s other tire shops worthy of our business.

Used the exact brand of oil I would have wanted to use, they managed to schedule me in the same day, amongst their bus schedule, and gave me a full inspection of my car. Couldn’t have been happier with the service!
