I have been going to OK Tire on Clarke Road for 10 years. I’m baffled by the service I received on Tuesday. My van’s engine light was on and needed a new thermostat. When I made the appointment, I told the receptionist the engine code and that the van most likely needed a new thermostat. Due to the location of the thermostat, I was unable to replace it at home. Excellent service at a fair price.
Had to bring get my tire fixed and their customer service and professionalism was incredible. I appreciate their assistance since the tire was being a real hassle.
