UPDATE: I was so appreciative that Jason from OK Tire called me to discuss the situation! I appreciate the time he took to investigate my concerns, to follow up with me, to chat with Maple City and acknowledging and rectifying the problem! We'll just chop it up to everyone having a bad Friday and my faith has been restored! had vehicle fixed on friday afternoon, price quoted was 653, then needed a new caliper at the last minute. not sure why they didn't notice i had a seized brake after the brake inspection???? price then we... read more
