Just a quick review and a thank you to Mike and his team for accommodating me without an appointment for a safety on vehicle I was selling. They were my 2nd stop that morning. The 1st was rather uncaring and unable to fit me in for 3 days. I think it was Michelle who greeted me with a smile and a quick look at the schedule, followed with " no problem. Could I wait an hour". Absolutely! They were thorough, communicative and provided some good advice. I feel this team is honest and fair. 5 stars!
