I wish I could give them 10 stars. I had two issues with my exhaust system. Fantastic work and they saved me a lot of money by fixing instead of replacing. I couldn't be happier.
Took the car in for 8am, didn't start working on it till 3pm. Thought it was one thing but it was actually the other and no call to let me know what's going on that it wasn't the thing I originally thought i needed replaced but it was the other line that needed replacing. Wich they had the part in store to do it. I had to call to find out what's going on with my car and that it wouldn't be finished until tomorrow morning. A call letting me know what's going on would've been nice
Called and got an appointment on a Saturday, and when I got there it was closed. The thing I love the most about being a mom of three young kids is getting ready to lose my time . Thanks OK tire. Never calling you guys again, and I will tell this story to everyone that will want to hear it so they don’t lose their time either.
Matthew was able to squeeze me in last minute for switching my winters for all seasons which I appreciated. My experience was very positive. I only interacted with Matthew but he was very friendly, courteous and professional. Only downside is the lot is quite small and they didn’t put my winters in bags. I would recommend for tire changeovers.
