Called them on a Thursday trying to book my car in for a rear lower control arm they told me okay we can get you in Monday morning. My car was un-drivable so I got it towed, then when it came to Monday I called them to see if they got a chance to look at my car the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me they never agreed on Monday for a repair on the lower control arm.
