Fantastic experience with Brett and his team. I was in the market for a new set of tires for my F150. Stopped in, was met with a friendly hello (even though they were busy in their showroom) and then we discussed what would be the best option for my needs. Quoted, booked, appointment for installation was and on time. Completed the service and the invoice matched the quote. Highly recommend OK Tire in Aldergrove and hope everyone else gives them a chance.
Brett and his group are a solid group of auto guys. They have helped me with mechanical, tire, and wheel issues. They are reasonable with the work/repairs they suggest for my vehicles and always give me a best, medium, and worst case scenario. They are good communicators and I trust them with my vehicles.
We recently brought our work van to OK Tire for an oil change, brake check and to investigate a whining sound. They were accommodating with scheduling around our availability and got us in quickly. When the diagnosis revealed more work was needed than expected, Brett was completely upfront and honest about the additional repairs.
