These guys are amazing! I broke the valve stem off the front tire of my backhoe while pushing up a lit brush pile. I needed the machine available for safety reasons. Even though they were busy, they got me in immediately and had the tire fixed within 15min. Unbelievable service that you just don't find anymore. I will 100% be using OK Tire Black Diamond from now on. Thanks again!
Thank you to Justin and the OK Tire Team for their amazing customer service! I was travelling from out of province and was concerned with a wheel balance issue I was having. They fit me in the next day, while completely booked up to ensure I was safe to travel back to BC. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and efficient. AWESOME and speedy service. We had a flat from a puncture on a road trip and they got us in right away. Fixed in no time flat (pun intended) lol. Such helpful staff. Kudos to you all on great work and awesome customer service 👏 👍
